Coming from an old school washing machine to an high tech one it took a few hours to learn everything but once I figured it out I’m in love with this washing machine. It’s quiet and does it’s job times 10

Very impressed so far, however this washing machine is deep. For small items like socks, I think I may need to think about keeping a step stool nearby. I am 5'5. Also, so many settings to choose from, you can wash about anything.

For 15 days washer had issues, while using it stopped ✋️

Giving a three because washer is extremely loud and gets off balance easy. Also cannot run delicate with warm water or it stops. Everything else is ok.

This is a great washer! I like all the options and I love that there is a child lock, mostly so our cats don't mess with the buttons.

I clean the clothes in the house and this washer is extremely smart with artificial intelligence. Definitely saves water by measuring and weighing how much clothes are in there. It’s a must have!

Picked this up on an open box special. It would have been worth it at full price. It has handle different load types well. It has a small learning curve for the settings but everything is explained in the literature that comes with it

I initially had trouble with the dryer going off after a couple of minutes but I used the suggestions on Best Buy and they were right on target. I haven’t had any further issues.

Great washer for the money. Nice, big drum. Top is a bit slanted which is frustrating because you can't really put anything on the top, like a laundry basket or laundry itself. Manager was amazing to work with.

I've owned the top load Maytag large load washer without an agitator prior to purchasing this Samsung. The Samsung seems to leave my clothes with a lot more wrinkles. The Maytag washer left the clothes really fairly dry, but without wrinkles. Also, adding liquid fabric softner, the softener leaks out before you can shut the lid and start the washer, so I don't feel it's adding the fabric softner when it should. Not as happy with this purchase as one should be after spending this amount of money.

Do not buy. I can’t even fill the washer up a quarter of the way with clothes and the cycle will not finish. Also and 50 minute wash takes 4 sometimes 5 hours. I called customer service they had me recalibrate it that didn’t work. I had this problem my 4 time using it! So then they are sending out a technician and charging me the labor when I haven’t even had the washer for a year!! Also it was manufactured in August of 2020 and the warranty expired in October of 2021 even though I bought it in March of 2021. Extreme disappointed but they don’t care because they got their money for a product that has consistently failed me within the first year!

Literally the best product I ever bought. I consider it great investment.

Happy with this washer so far. Only had it about a month. Seems less quite then some other machines we’ve had but not obnoxiously our ot a turning like that. Washing bedding is a chore sometimes as it can get out of balance and just shuts off, so have to babysit it to make sure it completed the spin cycle.
