Extremely Disappointing

Not evert time, but after the second time of having a soaking wet floor I called for warranty service. I was told that I need video proof it was leaking before the would send somebody out. Otherwise, if a repair person came out and nothing wrong was discovered I would be charged. So they expect me to stand in front of the washer the entire time I use it and wait for it to leak again. Who has time for that. They won't accept photos of my wet carpet. I've never heard of such poor service.

I still try to wash similar size loads but I feel the clothes get cleaner! The new washers do take longer. It just takes a little getting use to.

Some of my clothes come out with new stains on them after washing, sometimes looking like I spilled oil on them, some times with black smudges all over. Don't buy this washing machine.

So far it does a good job. It has quite a deep tub so for small items I have to stand on my tip-toes to reach them.

It's a washer, buy it and use it. If it lasts 10 years, you get a decent return on investment and obviously.. clean clothes.
