The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that the controls can be difficult to set- the touch panel can be a bit tricky. Other than that I love this washer!

The washer does not detect the load and fill the washer with enough water to allow proper washing of the clothing. We end up having to “force” it to do so using the “Deep Fill” option, which totally defeats the “water saving” auto-fill feature of the washer. We have stood and watched many complete cycles when clothing is not covered with water and does not agitate properly to clean it with the auto-fill feature. This makes this washer, in my opinion, worthless.

We were pleasantly surprised how easy it was to install this washer. It is also significantly larger than our previous machine. The wash cycle we use takes 56 minutes, and the machine displays the remaining time.

Literally the best product I ever bought. I consider it great investment.

Satisfied with this washer. I like how it plays a short song to let me know the wash is done. I also like the glass too so i can see if the towels or blankets need redistributed.

It seems to clean well. The only things I would change is I can’t do deep fill on normal wash

Best setting is Quick wash: Awesome, cleans great! just had to hook up hot and cold lines to just the cold water spigot; too much warm/hot water washer defaults. I like everything in cold water since Florida's idea of cold water is tepid.

There isn't anything I don’t like. It runs quietly, easy to figure out.

Have had this machine 9 months now and it is amazing! Many different wash settings and my clothes have never been cleaner! I have also seen a decrease in my water bill as it uses less water than my old machine!

This washer really cleans my families clothes. The only drawback is that it takes a LONG time (almost 2 hours) when I push the button that I want softener used! I still love it though.

After having it only 7 months, it started leaking. Not evert time, but after the second time of having a soaking wet floor I called for warranty service. I was told that I need video proof it was leaking before the would send somebody out. Otherwise, if a repair person came out and nothing wrong was discovered I would be charged. So they expect me to stand in front of the washer the entire time I use it and wait for it to leak again. Who has time for that. They won't accept photos of my wet carpet. I've never heard of such poor service.

The features are great and I have had no problem using it. The hand wash feature is great

Really wish I would have gone with a different washing machine. It doesn't really clean your clothes very well and doesn't do a good job of spinning the water out of them. I find myself having to put clothes in the dryer twice as long to dry them fully. And this is not fully loading the washer either. God help you if you leave towels in for more than four hours because they will start to have that spoiled smell. It doesn't matter how much laundry detergent you use they will always have some residue left on them. I found what works is if you do a double rinse but then it takes 1 hour 45 minutes to wash one load for the least amount of time after adjusting to the lowest settings for all other settings. But honestly, I don't see how this is supposed to be more efficient if I'm having to do this to just get my clothes clean. More time, energy, and water than my previous washer. Yes, it does have a long chime that goes off when it's finished that was cute at first but it would be better if there was a light notification that stays lit when it's finished. If I'm not home or forget to throw the stuff in the dryer then there's no other notification that there's something finished. It's easy when you have so many other things going on that you can't get to it right away. Some good points are is that it looks nice and I like the clear window on top but that's where the good ends.

Very happy with our purchase. Washer is doing its job very well. Did 4 loads on first day!! No complaints so far.

It doesn't have a filter and it leaves lint ALL OVER my clothes. Some of my clothes come out with new stains on them after washing, sometimes looking like I spilled oil on them, some times with black smudges all over. Don't buy this washing machine.
