Of course my previous washer was quite old. But I love the way it injects the appropriate amount of water. The glass top allows for viewing of the entire process! And it washes well!

The only complaint I have is when the load is heavy it makes a noise. When it turns during wash you can hear it’s having a hard time turning.

I was a little concerned that the top of the washer was plastic. The plus side, it won’t rust like the previous one. Clothes are really clean and has lots of options for cycles

Some of my clothes come out with new stains on them after washing, sometimes looking like I spilled oil on them, some times with black smudges all over. Don't buy this washing machine.

The tumbler is huge, one of the biggest i ever seen. Excellent spin cycle clothing comes out almost dry. It has a lot of settings. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED WASHER. The staff was excellent at pick up. Saw the appliance line and thought we would try them out! So far so good! I did not realize they had brail writing on them until they were installed! Great feature for those that cannot are!
