The machine is easy to use and gets our clothes clean. The only minor point is that you have to press the ON button every time to use the unit which is not really an issue just different from our previous washer.

I like how it plays a short song to let me know the wash is done. I also like the glass too so i can see if the towels or blankets need redistributed.

I still try to wash similar size loads but I feel the clothes get cleaner! The new washers do take longer. It just takes a little getting use to.

So far it does a good job. It has quite a deep tub so for small items I have to stand on my tip-toes to reach them.

Last washer took about 40 minutes to complete a load. Not sure if all new washers are like this, but even if you select the lowest settings, it takes at least an hour for a load to complete. At normal settings, its between 90-120 minutes!
