It is 5.0 cubic foot with 10 cycles. My clothes come out so nice and clean! I have not tried washing a bedspread yet, but the barrel looks plenty large enough to do so.

Said my product was defective and I needed to call for a new one. Turns out they never turned the water back on which is why it wasn’t working.

The only disadvantage is for shorter people and reaching the clothes out of the washer.

I hated leaving the door open and my laundry room was already so small. This machine I can see inside because it’s clear on top

The drum is huge, but you have to remember to set it to "deep fill" every time that yo uwash, if you have an above average (small) load to do! It also leaves a lot of lint on the clothing - I was /am extremely disappointed in this washer. I had been very excited to get it (HATED my front-loading washer), but now I wish I'd done more research. Oh well, live and learn :(

I put a few of these in a hotel property I operate in Lake Tahoe, and my housekeeping has not complained once. I can't say the same thing about the older Maytags these placed.
