The drum is huge, but you have to remember to set it to "deep fill" every time that yo uwash, if you have an above average (small) load to do! It also leaves a lot of lint on the clothing - I was /am extremely disappointed in this washer. I had been very excited to get it (HATED my front-loading washer), but now I wish I'd done more research. Oh well, live and learn :(

Never had problems with the recalled unit and was confident enough to purchase a Samsung unit again. Awesome service from Best Buy as always!

I put a few of these in a hotel property I operate in Lake Tahoe, and my housekeeping has not complained once. I can't say the same thing about the older Maytags these placed.
