    This washing machine was a replacement for a Recalled Samsung washing machine. Never had problems with the recalled unit and was confident enough to purchase a Samsung unit again. Awesome service from Best Buy as always!

    So far I am loving my new washer. I really like the extra features. I had my old washer for years before it died. It was overdue time for a new one. I really like the music it plays when it is done.

    Great washer, only thing is may be a little less water than used to. But it gets the job done. Very efficient too and highly customizable wash cycles.

    Excellent Machine, Wife loves it and works and looks Great. Delivery People were awesome !! I had a Whirlpool garbage Washer that broke after 2 years, never again...... Samsung is the way to go

    This top loading washer does more than I ever thought to ask for. Great temp controls, timing and spin options. I find that a ‘quick wash’ option works great for a small load.

    It does take some time for the machine to start or fill depending on setting. Love not having an agitator in the middle comes in handy for dog beds.
