Excellent item for the home , good treatment in the store

Love the nice, sleek appearance. Works well. The only downfall I have noticed so far is that sometimes when the cycle is finished it starts flashing and goes into self clean mode.

Samsung Top Load washer was a Great deal at Best Buy

Leaves a white lint type stain on clothes. Despite using HE detergent, trouble shooting, self cleaning, it still managed to ruin clothes. I regret Purchasing this washing machine. The first one we got was defective, and the second unit wasn’t much better. Will not get this model a 3rd time.

Best washer I ever owned. My clothes smell so freaking good now. It's also a smart washer so not much knowledge on your part known, just put the clothes in and let it do its thing.

Love the washer. Only issue for me is the drum is to deep for my 5' 2" height to reach some items at the bottom of the washer and I have to use tongs to pull out the clothes.

You gotta leave some room at the top when washing clothes. Perfect for comforters and large blankets. Fits 2 queen pillows n it’s been running well so far. I mostly use quick wash, and it’s doing a wonderful job.

I purchased this item in August of 2020. It is crap. No matter what you put in it, it goes "unbalanced" - Have to wring the clothes out, then put it on spin only - so they never run a full cycle - this has been going on for 6 moths - had a repairman out ($130 service call), and he told us that without the agitator, the clothes on the top of the load never get completely washed - which makes sense since we have had rashes and our towels smell musty, even after washing them twice - the energy usage has been high, because we have had to run so many cycles to just get a few items through - so I have had the machine a little over 2 years and I have to replace it - I bought all Samsung appliances for my home, and so far the washer is crap, the dishwasher requires the filter be cleaned every time, or it smells like vomit. The stove seems to be okay for now, as is the microwave - crossing fingers here - I will NEVER ever buy Samsung anything again. I feel totally ripped off, since I have to come up with another $850 to buy a new machine. It deserves a zero rating.
