    Love the washer. Only issue for me is the drum is to deep for my 5' 2" height to reach some items at the bottom of the washer and I have to use tongs to pull out the clothes.

    Very good installation service. The technician came on time and remove the original broken one. Install the new one with care. Also perform a test run to demonstrate the function to me.

    You gotta leave some room at the top when washing clothes. Perfect for comforters and large blankets. Fits 2 queen pillows n it’s been running well so far. I mostly use quick wash, and it’s doing a wonderful job.

    Very complicated, but very nice. It does take a lot longer to wash than our old washer, but is worth the wait considering the cost savings.

    More than ample bells and whistles at the lower entry level of price. Spin setting is so effective it reduces the amount of time clothes need to run in the dryer.

    I can't complain, Samsung came thru with this washer. This is my first top loader and I was hesitant because I've always love a front loader washer. But I love the water jet feature.

    It definitely works, and is very versatile. The only complaint I have so far is that the "end of cycle" chime goes on for freaking ever. Like 20 seconds.

    The washer is great hard to get use to new bells and whistles. I had to block out new sounds and read book for all directions. I do like Samsung because I think best product.
