Had it for 2 years and it’s not working. They just don’t make appliances like they used to. 700 dollars for 2 years of working and have had to have work on it. So disappointed.

Water was filling during the spin cycle, after the error code of being unable to spin occurred. Now, I have to wait a week and a half for a total tech member to assess the problem. No one seems to know if the problem can be fixed or the washer replaced that same day. It's a wait until they see scenario. Meanwhile, I dont have a washer, that I just bought, to use because it's sitting over half full with water that won't drain, in a tub that won't spin.
