I owned a previous model of this washing machine in my last house and enjoyed it so much that I replaced a failing machine with this model in our new house. I like the big tub and no impeller, so the laundry gets clean and not wrapped around equipment. You can interrupt a cycle to add more laundry and to re-balance a load, if the machine gets unbalanced. Settings are easy to use.

Very easy to use. Cleans rinses and spins great. Can even do large blankets and quilts without going off balance. Love my new machine.

Bought this washer to replace a two year old Whirlpool that started spewing oily gunk into the the tub as clothes were washing, thus ruining many of them. We've had it about a month now and are very happy. We like the features. The clothes come out nice. Nice large capacity. I hope it lasts much longer than two years.

I read practically all the reviews on this washer. It took two weeks to finally choose which one I wanted. Drove my husband crazy. Our Maytag barely made 4 years and I wasn’t going to have that happen again. It’s been almost a month and I wanted to really test this thing out. I listened to other reviews and read the manual. I ran the calibration and probably did 10 loads with in a week. I washed bedding, delicates, regular and my husband’s work clothes. He’s a painter. Everything came out beautifully. It kind of grossed me out because they smelled and felt so clean, I wondered if my old washer had done anything. It’s not loud at all when it’s spinning and maybe that did have to do with the calibration as other reviews have mentioned. I love this washer and as of now I have nothing negative I could say. 100% satisfied! Finally the Geek Squad were professional and right on time. Very friendly and helpful.

The machine itself is beautiful and very user friendly. It takes a lot longer than our old workhorse but the load size is almost triple. A few things we learned on the fly - don’t put anything on top of the washer, not even the basket. It includes that in the weight. Also if you put in heavy wet items it’s best to use the DEEP FILL option otherwise it gets off center when trying to estimate load weight. Error codes are easy to find on the app.

We replaced a not so old LG washer that started rusting near the bleach tray. Seems to be an issue with that washer according to online forums. We decided to switch to Samsung. I’m glad we did. Until you get something new you don’t realize the shortcomings of your previous washer. The tub is extra large. Able to do bedding with no problem at all. Our clothes feel so much better.

This is our 3rd Samsung washing machine. It is by far the biggest on the inside and it is very quiet and efficient.

Love the idea that I don’t have that moldy smell as I did in the front loader. Great capacity. It does take 9 mins longer per load then front loader. The impeller style is great because I can just dump the clothes in and not fuss around the agitator. I wish the deep fill worked on all the types of laundry. Seems like I’m using that mostly for a household of 2 doing laundry twice a week

We bought this washer for our college aged daughter after her very old $50 craigslist washer stopped spinning. My daughter and her housemates LOVE it. It’s large enough to wash their bedding and gets their clothes much cleaner than their old washer. They love the little chime sound much better than the buzzer on their old unit. We made the purchase during a holiday sale that included setup & takeaway. Best Buy had the best price so we took a chance :)

Not a thing about it I don’t like. I didn’t want a front loader. I had heard buy a Speed Queen and not a Samsung but when I did the research it appeared they have flopped in recent models and I really liked the Samsung from my research. And it’s even better in person. The tub is huge quick and easy to load. Clothes come out clean and they come out well spun so they don’t take much time to dry! So much better than my old washing machine! I want the matching dryer soon!

Easy to use and very quiet. Previous washer had an agitator to this non agitator and no complaints.

Simply amazing the clothes come out so clean so fast you can't even hear the washer machine working and the flush wash cleaner to get out stains works really well the only thing I would say is to do some research on the detergent you use with this washer machine you should be using a the recommended detergent just to be on the safe side but overall it works great highly recommend and if you wait for a holiday you can get a really good deal hope this helps

It was bigger that we thought so it was a good surprise seen it at the house. Very easy to use and washes very well!

Plenty of room in this high efficiency washer. I have gone through two front load washers and find that top loaders are just better for space. I don't notice any difference in wash quality. I still think front loaders struggle with mildew and I've never had that experience with top loaders. This is a quality washer.
