I'm very pleased with the delivery and installation of my washer. Love the that it has a large capacity tub.

Nice washing machine. Big wash bin. Takes a little getting used to the self-balancing at the beginning of a wash cycle.

It works great just a pain with the on button. Needs to be held a few seconds before it starts.

After a month of shopping around and comparing cost to features, I settled on this washer and have not been disappointed.

My wife is a very happy camper with her new washer. It replaces less than a 5 yr. old top of the line Maytag that has broke down twice in the last 18 mo. Time will tell on reliability for this Samsung. Very happy with other products from Samsung.

Wash’s well, use less water and rinse all the soap out.

This unit appears to be doing a fine job. Easy to set up and operate. Load size is automatically determined by weight which has worked good to-date.

The washer simply DOES NOT agitate the wash load well-enough for a thorough cleaning! For maximum results, which are unbelievably disappointing, each load has to be washed on heavy duty setting, with half the size of a normal load, with 2 additional rinse cycles, in "deep fill" water cycles, which takes almost 3 hours, and the laundry still emerges unacceptably dirty and stained. And the time it takes to wash a load is always 10-20 minutes longer than the time displayed on the digital display, so it becomes a guessing game. And the quality of each wash load deteriorates as the machine ages. Samsung will attempt to find blame in your high efficiency detergent, excessive amounts of detergent used, lack of occasional washer cleaning, overloading the washer, obstructed water intake hoses, improper drain access, etc., and it's all smoke and mirrors. The problem is simply insufficient wash load agitation. Should you decide to pursue your complaint, Samsung will create a case for you, send a vendor tech to your home (in NYS, I was given a 6-hour arrival window with no 30-minute advance phone call before arrival as promised), who will run the same 10-step diagnostic code test that you could have done on the phone with a CS rep, who will find "nothing mechanically wrong" with your washer, and suggest you use half the amount of the detergent the manufacturer recommends you use, which will result in an even filthier wash load, with the same stains and streaks. You will endure hours of frustration on hold with Samsung CS reps, explaining and re-explaining to reps you can barely understand, sending images, videos (yes-videos were requested), and get absolutely NOWHERE!! Don't buy this washer. If someone takes the time to write a negative review, it's because they are extremely disappointed. Please read some more negative reviews and you'll find similar complaints.

Everything is good so far! This washer was easy to figure out and the noise isn't too loud.

It was quite the ordeal with this washer and the install staff. If you can install yourself I suggest to do so

i adore the washer and this model has a water jet inside in case you want to give a piece of cloth an extra rub before washing

Nice washer. We love the drawer for the soap. It has a see through top which my kids love.
