Otherwise, the washer slightly fills with water and starts to agitate. I called Best Buy and they said something is wrong with it. It should not do that. Outside of that, I would keep it. The delivery guy said Best Buy is nutorious for using returned parts from old washers and dryers on "new" washers and dryers they send out? Wait What! I spent quite a handfull of money. Isnt my washer brand new? I will be picking a new washer asap or before my return date ends.

Washes great and I love the settings. The only con is you do have to make sure you balance the washer when loading the clothes in. If not it will just keep refilling and possibly overlfow

This auto sensing is not for me on this machine in particular. You can see inside the washer easily and actually some items even came out partially dry that were not touching the water. It never filled up high enough. I tried to love it but had to return it.
