In April 2023 it began as an unbalanced load. It cannot be corrected. We called for service on April 30th had to wait until 5-13-2023 for a tech to come. The tech tightened a nut on the drum that had been wobbling around on the gears. After he tightened the nut it will not stop filling and won't begin the start mode. Just continues in fill mode. The tech will TRY 2 different things doesn't really know what the problem is and we need to wait until May 26th (2 MORE weeks) for parts. We are having to pay for a brand new washer less the 3 months old and having to have multiple parts replaced. PLUS the 80.00 per week now paying at the laundry mat. Now we are waiting 2 more weeks and they don't know if that will work.

The shortest cycle is a quick wash at 35 mins. If u want a clean wash / normal cycle with no extras spin or rinse just the basics it’s 1 hour. So be prepared to have your electric bill n machine running all day.
