Large capacity. Quiet. Gets everything clean and spin cycle really gets the everything pretty dry! Love it!

Had for one month now. Works great and is quiet. This is a large machine and can do huge loads.

I love this washer. Some of the things I like best: Quick Wash Option, and the option to choose spin speed based on your load. Large capacity, and no agitator so I can do large blankets and comforters.

So, I honestly thought I was getting an analog machine (because of the large dial). Nope, even the dial is digital. I guess that has worked out okay. We got the set and think we are happy with the washer and dryer. We are having to get used to the tech, though. Our previous machines were 30+ years old- needless to say we were behind on current tech. We think these are doing well, and they seem to be efficient. Overall I am very happy with them. On the washer, you can't set the water level- it senses what is needed. This has surprised us- it is less water than I would put in if I was selecting. On the dryer, I've liked using the sensor/auto dry over the time dry. But, often the items are still a bit wet- even on the most dry setting. The washer doesn't seem to drain trash, grass/dust/hair/etc. that might be on the clothes. It builds up and I can see it on the dark items. That comes off in the dryer if it is items I dry. The washer tells you to run a self clean cycle every so often. The trash is actually worse after that- like it knocks it out of the hiding places but still doesn't drain. (It isn't enough that I can see it and reach in to clean it out, no clumps. Just fine trash that will get left on the clothes. IDK Still, I'm kind of working my way around these issues and I'm happy with the units. My old clunkers were just beast that really worked well. They don't make 'em like they used to- that's a pro AND a con! The alert on both is a long musical tone. It is either on or off. You can't select a less annoying tune.

Went from a front loader to this top loader model, surprised by the different levels of noise it generates depending on the cycle selected. Normal and quick modes are pretty quiet, more aggressive cycles are much louder due to extra agitator action. But it cleans very well and wrings out clothes on spin cycle VERY well. Already run a couple of blankets and no issues with balance or spin.

I am a senior and the last time I bought a washer was over 10 years ago. The buttons were mechanical and hard to work. This washer is all electronic and endless choices on how to do your wash. Requires a reading of the Manuel to get started, but easy to operate. It has a very large capacity and can take a large quilt with room to spare.

So far so good. We wanted a replacement to the washer we were replacing. The Samsung washer is very similar without all the wifi. The only thing we wanted was to wash clothes. Lots of nice features and an upgrade to the washer it replaced.

Took advantage of the great price and 24 month financing, on this excellent washing machine. Pros: Quite, energy-efficient, easy-to-use, water-jet inside machine (good for rinsing detergent cap, or spot cleaning), and self-cleaning cycle. Cons: Detergent dispenser too close to lid. A little awkward. All in all, like our new washing machine, and clothes have been coming out amazingly clean and smelling fresh.

Deep tub to accommodate comforters, many many options from which to choose, including up to give rinses, quiet throughout every phase and it plays a happy little tune when the wash load is finished. I am quite satisfied with practical and stylish appliance.

Very large, very quiet and cleans very well no complaints

We're a Maytag family. Had them for years. We purchased the Samsung washer because of price and reviews. We're used to agitator models and this is our first high efficiency model. It's great. Uses less water, cleans well, has a large capacity (no agitator taking up space) and has cycles for everything, even new cycles that are downloadable from the Samsung app. Overall we're very satisfied.

This thing is awesome, it holds huge loads, washes perfectly, and is nice and quite.

Great washer. Very happy. Very easy to use with many different features. It has a " Deep Fill" setting if you need more water than usual. The drum size is 25 per cent larger than my last washer and it makes a huge difference for a family of 4. The installation by Best Buy was great. Very friendly installers at a very reasonable rate.
