    So far, the washer has worked very well. I have experienced no problems at all. Also, I like the lovely sound the machine makes when the cycle is done, instead of an awful, jarring, buzzer sound.

    To start the packaging looked pretty impressive yet it still had a small dent.... my guess is as good as the packaging was it came from the factory this way. Does not seems to move clothing around in the washer or remove dirt very well. Goes off balance with quite a bit. Definitely wish I would’ve gone with the LG front load.

    I regret this purchase so much. For the money spent on this machine it certainly doesn’t add up . They only good thing is how much space is on the inside but it doesn’t even matter when over half the time a simple cycle will stop and errors show up. Everything doesn’t have to be a big fancy computer . If there was some way I could exchange it for something else I would in a heartbeat
