FaiL!!! Who makes a washer several inches taller. Standing on my toes and practically climbing inside, I still cannot reach socks on the bottom of the washer. I've been doing laundry for nearly fifty years and have AlWaYs used the closed washer and drier tops as a folding table. Genius once again designed a FlOp! The thing is slanted so that the folded items slide off while the rest of the load is being folded. But I spent $1500 on the set. I'm stuck with this problem for the next ten years unless another design idea makes the washer break down two or three years. Time will tell. Or perhaps I'll give donate it to a shelter and call this a lesson well learned. Note to self: Don't buy an appliance unless you've seen it in person. Samsung is no longer on my list.
