I did without a washer for 5 years & decided to buy one. I researched for a year before buying. This machine is so quiet I have to check to make sure it is running. I've never had anything this quiet. The tub is so huge it can wash a weeks worth of laundry...& more. Clothes are very clean when they come out of washer. I am very pleased I decided on this washer.

The size of load it can wash is great. Can do one load once instead of three loads in my old washer. Turns doing the wash a short process. I got the big matching dryer to go with it. Washer is easy to use and real quiet. Haven’t had long to give review for the long hall but l feal good about the outcome. Had it delivered and give them a big thumbs up. Very good experience.

When my washer finally "gave up the ghost" I had to fine a new one that would be sturdy enough to handle dirty clothes from two teenagers, one construction worker and a farm hand. My go-to place is BEST BUY. I found a Samsung washer that has been absolutely wonderful. Our clothes come out clean, the machine is quiet and boy was the price right. As always, thanks BEST BUY.

Very pleased with the performance and load capacity of this washing machine. It is quiet, the anti-vibration feature works as advertised, and it is large enough to wash a king size comforter.

Large machine, works well, if off balanced it’ll let you know to fix the clothes inside. Can wash big blankets without concern

Sold the old GE washer that had an agitator and purchased the Samsung washer with the impeller. It washes way better and don’t have to worry about things getting tangled in the agitator.

After having had a front load for 12 years, it finally went out. My wife and I never really cared for the "front load" aspect. When we went looking for a new washer, we knew that we wanted something big enough to handle large blankets and comforters. Well, we got what we wanted!! Absolutely amazing how much fits in here, and how well it cleans!! I would highly recommend this washer to anyone.

Absolutely love my new washer! I haven't had a new one in 15 years. Just wanted an up to date washer and dryer and i don't think i could've done any better! The tub is huge! I have to stand on my tip toes to get to the bottom. Only thing i had to get used to is the compartment for the laundry soap and having no agitator. Samsung products are the best in my eyes.

We are expecting a new little one shortly and with the amount of clothes we already have we needed something bigger. This thing fits the bill. We are able to wash everything in one go instead of having multiple loads with our older washer. We are even able to wash our king comforter in this thing and it does an amazing job. Clothes feel so nice now and they really feel clean.

I shopped around (online, during stay-home mandate) so was really worried about what I would actually get. I couldn’t be happier with this huge capacity washer! Looks great, cleans better than I’ve ever had before (whirlpool, and sears kenmore). Also has a deep fill option, pre-soak and a see thru lid. Love, love, love!!

Very pleased with this washer. Defaults to "General" laundry setting whenever it powers on, which is fine for most of my loads. I use the "Bedding" cycle for sheets and pillowcases as that setting seems to use a higher volume of water to really move the items around in the suds. Love not having to do battle with the central spindle that my last top loader washer had. All variables can be adjusted before starting the wash cycle - wash temperature, deep water, how many rinses, level of soil etc. Many more settings than I have need for on a regular basis, but I don't need the manual to figure it out. Controls are very easy to understand. Machine is quieter than most on wash, rinse and spin cycles and beeps to let you know the laundry is ready to move to the dryer. Cost is a bit higher than the basic type of top loader but so far seems worth it, hope the machine is also durable. I use Gain laundry pods in case you wanted to know. Very high efficiency detergent, low sudsing.

Very good unit, quiet and large capacity my comforter never fit so well in past large capacity washers. Only thing that is kind of a bother is the soap dispenser is set back hard to add soap and softner.

Quiet, easy to use high capacity washing machine ...

This seems to be a great washing machine. I wish that it had come with a printed owner's manual. I don't like the online version at all. In the first place, it's hard to find it online. We are getting by with what we've got, so I not going to complain too much about what we don't like. It gets clothes clean, and it spins more of the water out than our old top loader did. It has more cycles, and it sometimes takes longer for some cycles than our old machine did. All things considered, we're happy with our purchase.

Wife absolutely loves this washer. We filled our kitchen with Samsung appliances over the past 5 years so the choice for the laundry room was a no brainer. The washer is quiet, efficient, and loaded with great features. We weren't due for a dryer but we liked the washer so much we bought one a couple of weeks later. Best Buy is a great store for buying stuff like this

Great quality, quiet and washes well! Easy to use!

We love this washer! It has plenty of settings for our needs and is wonderfully quiet! Our washer before was quite loud so we absolutely love that we can't hear it running when the laundry room door is closed -- our laundry room is in the center of our home. It's a workhorse! We are able to wash our king sized bedding with no problem.

Works great! Easy to use and it’s big inside. Our first with no agitator and wet love it.
