Samsung Washer Not good

Hooked it up. worked fine for a week and half. Then the barrel went wild. It will not balance anymore. Makes all kinds of noises. Hits the inside of the cabinet. Can't even use it now. Why do they make things they don't last for 2 weeks? Not happy.

Clothes still have stains that would normally come out in a regular wash. I like the size and all of the options for different cycles. If I could return it, I would.
