They just dropped one off yesterday as a replacement and it is giving us the exact same issue within less than 24 hours throwing codes and touchscreen not working lid is locked. Cannot even get to close out. This is extremely discouraging considering how expensive this washing machine is best advice I can give you is to avoid the Samsung washer altogether, and move onto something else. The dryer has been great, but the washer does not seem to be worth it.
