    This washing machine has been nothing but problems for us since day one. They just dropped one off yesterday as a replacement and it is giving us the exact same issue within less than 24 hours throwing codes and touchscreen not working lid is locked. Cannot even get to close out. This is extremely discouraging considering how expensive this washing machine is best advice I can give you is to avoid the Samsung washer altogether, and move onto something else. The dryer has been great, but the washer does not seem to be worth it.

    The washer itself is fine. The delivery and installation sucked butt. They didn’t test it. There was a leak. When they came back to pick up the dryer that did not work, they would not fix the leak.

    Works ok. Goes off balance soooo easy. Very frustrating!! Bought for large capacity but you can only fill half way and even then it goes off balance!! Waste of time!
