      Thank you for sharing your experience with our washer. Samsung always intends to provide great products and satisfaction to our customers. And I apologize if you kept getting an error code U6 and it took a long time to wash. The current load in the washer is unbalanced inside the tub. An Ur code (Unbalanced Load Retry) means the washer is going to try to add more water, try to balance the load, and then try the spin cycle again. This will extend the length of the cycle.

      Error codes play a vital role in making sure your washer stays in good condition, and give you a starting point if there are ever any issues. You can usually resolve error codes (also displayed as blinking lights) with a few simple steps. Here is a list of the most common error codes and the next steps to take. Please look for the error code you are experiencing.

    It's spacious and quiet, and looks nice. The regular wash (without deep fill) cleans my clothes just as well or better than my old washer. Clothes are spun more dry than my old washer. A regular wash takes around 1.5 hours (depending on # of rinses), which is my only dislike. My old washing machine was 20 years old and the inside was covered in mold (when I opened it to repair it). So as a bonus, having this new washer has helped my allergies. Footprint Measurements for drain pan: 26" deep x 27" wide Space measurement using straight hoses: 33" deep (from wall to front end) Other notes: Short people may need a stool; I'm 5'7" and reach inside just fine. It doesn't have steam or WiFi.
