After every single load, there was dirt left in the drum, regardless of what was washed, and we didn't even wash anything super filthy. Plus, this thing was LOUD and the default setting for every cycle is hot water. We ended up returning it and getting another Maytag.

A dud on arrival

I was concerned because it does not have an agitator. This washer does not get clothes clean. I had an older Samsung front loader that stopped working that cleaned my white towels like magic. This washes like a gentle hand wash. I am bummed will be returning.

We have to use it on the deep fill setting to get enough water for larger loads. Also the 2 hour wash times seem off.
