Posted .Hello there! While the top load washer does not fill all the way to the top, it definitely should be getting enough water to fully clean your clothes in one load. We have to use it on the deep fill setting to get enough water for larger loads. Also the 2 hour wash times seem off.

After about a week it would shut off in the middle of the cycle. We returned it to Best Buy without a problem picked up another machine. This machine runs fine no problems.
