I was concerned because it does not have an agitator. This washer does not get clothes clean. I had an older Samsung front loader that stopped working that cleaned my white towels like magic. This washes like a gentle hand wash. I am bummed will be returning.

This unit is a replacement for a LG front loader. Purchased after reading multiple favorable reviews. Major source for dissatisfaction is the "un-balance" feature. Most, or about half, wash loads stop during the spin phase and display "Ub", indicating an un-balanced situation. This never ocured with the front loader design.

The amount of time it runs for the delicate cycle is very short. The laundry detergent dispenser is shallow and limits the amount of detergent you can add. That feature puts you in a position to add more after initial detergent runs through which is ridiculous. I would have preferred the lid be flat but instead it is slanted.
