Great washer! Clothes get clean love the options on the washer Big drum for Big loads I love the Deepwater setting plenty of water for the clothes to move around in and get clean my last washer skimped on the Deepwater couldn’t put as many clothes in I ordered this washer from Best Buy great service great it was delivered in two days.

I am not disappointed with our purchase. This is the second Samsung washer that we purchased from Best Buy. I really like that it is easy to use. The other machines that we looked at seemed so complicated and confusing. Everything was so "techie." I just wanted something that I could put my laundry in, pick a setting and walk away. That is exactly what this Samsung washing machine offers. The other thing that I really like is that I can reach the bottom with out standing on a step stool. Being on the shorter side this is a huge positive for me. I would recommend the Samsung to family and friends.

So far so good! Love the washer. I really like how you can push a button and add more water on certain cycles. My clothes have come out really clean. Washer is very quiet. That is a plus since my laundry room is right off my family room. Have only had the washer for about 3 weeks now but I am very pleased.

This washer is just what I needed. A big drum. Easy to use nob and easy installation. Delivered fast! So far no issues. I would definitely recommend this washer.

Love this washer!!!!! It gets the job done. My only complaint would be that it takes longer than my old agitating washer but I learned that this is due to it being a High Efficiency rated washer. I guess they are all slower! I love that it has a clear top so you can always check on your load without opening it.

First off let me say that I did a lot of research before choosing a new washer, and I was wrong with my decision. I chose a top loader without an agitator assuming it was more spacious, efficient, and modern. I wanted a front loader but had one before and had to deal with the mold issue, and leaning down low to get clothes in and out. This Samsung looks nice, but it I very harsh on your clothes. It uses very little water. That might work for a front loader since the water lays in tje bottom and the clothes get tossed in it regardless. But not with this machine. I have watched on a few occasions that halfway through a cleaning cycle the clothes on top ans in the middle of the washer never even got wet. That's 20 min into the cleaning. I'm talking a few jeans mixed with sweatshirts, socks etc. I also noticed the same with a wash I towels, sheets etc. This also causes the clothes to often be tangled and wound around each other. The only way around this is to use a deep wash, which fills the entire machine. For small loads of socks, underwear etc it is fine. Wash cycles are long as well. My 15 day return policy has passed or o definitely would have returned this machine and bought a front loader, or a good old fashioned top loader with agitator.

We recently purchased this washing machine and it works great for us. Simple to operate and the large capacity is wonderful for our family of 6! Love the top load feature as the front loader we had leaked water and was a little too accessible for our 2 year old. Enjoying this machine. No complaints thus far.

This Samsung washer is awesome and extremely quiet. It provides the right amount of water to get your clothes clean, but if more water is needed, it will automatically add it. I love the built-in faucet to pretreat those nasty stains out of your clothes. The huge 5.0 Cu. Ft. drum is great for those large loads.

Very large load capacity and easy to use. Very quiet!

So far so good. The washer plays music when the load has finished. There are different setting for cold to hot, delicate to heavily soiled etc. I was skeptical about not having an agitator, but i have not had an issue with that. I like the steal drum and being able to see my clothes through the glass.

Cleans well. Quick wash is not quick, always over 30min. Only issues is unbalanced loads

Washes like a dream. Everything comes out clean and smells delightful. Fits even the largest blankets and they too come out clean.

Easy to use, and unlike many washers, only takes a few simple intuitive pushes of the buttons to do a load. Load capacity is amazing. We easily fit king size sheets, blankets, and a comforter in. Got this from a Best Buy Outlet and got amazing deal. This is our second Samsung in a row. So far so great!

Our old Kenmore decided to go out after almost 15 years! Shopping for a new washer and dryer set was a pain! Thanks to the reviews left by Bestbuy customers and also other review sites, we decided this Samsung washer and matching gas dryer was going to be our replacement set. Able to handle extra large loads, energy efficient and modern look. We’ve had the set for a little over two weeks and getting accustomed to all the features. Our Bestbuy sales associate also made sure we had all the accessories not included in the set. This saved us time and as soon as the set was delivered, we were up and running within minutes. We also opted to have our old washer and dryer picked up to be recycled.

I was hesitant about the washer, but taking the leap was worth it. It's effortless to use and has ample space to accommodate a large laundry load.

Great machine with huge capacity. Very intuitive and easy to use. Bought it a year ago, included it when we sold our home, then bought another one. Only issue is bedding and getting used to what items and how much to put in to reduce "unbalanced" issues. Not a huge problem and no issue with clothing.
