You definitely have to hand clean anything from a ketchup stain to a small coke spill off by hand in order to get the stain removed because this washer definitely does not clean clothes good at all.

Terribly disappointed

I understand high efficiency machines use less water, but with half a load of laundry soap remains on the top of the clothing because there's not enough water to get it all wet. Clothing on the top of the load never once gets pulled down into water Nothing works but tricking it into thinking it has 10 lb of laundry in it. Terribly disappointed

After one week and a second used I noticed it stopped working. Does not fill all the way and does not spin. Customer service is the worst too they schedule to replace the machine and after 3 weeks nothing, I keep getting a phone call after hours that my appointment is canceled. I cannot keep calling out from work.

Congratulations on your new Samsung Washer. I see you are new to our washing technology. Let me explain how it works. Lets start with the Pulsator. This is the circle object at the bottom of the tub. the pulses the water and your choice of High Efficient detergent through your clothes to clean them. In result you have a more efficient cycle using less water for a better clean. You should see very little to no suds due to the detergent being pushed through your clothes. Stoped working after 53 weeks

Just days after the warranty expired the door lock stoped functioning as if Samsung timed the disfunction. A miracle of planed obsolescence? Not so fast.
