When wewash our clothes it never puts enough water so we always have to do the deep fill option. It has stained so many our of clothes, towels, and bedding. When we called customer service and even sent them pictures of the items that it ruined all they said was that it was grease stains and they sent someone out to look at it and said there was nothing wrong. We NEVER use bleach yet our clothes come out with stains. We have tried different detergents and everything. It doesn’t make sense and Samsung doesn’t do anything to fix it. Don’t waste your money!

The timing is very long and the spinner doesn't get the comforter dry enough to go into the dryer. Must send back. So disappointed.

Check the drain hose to make sure it is not inserted in the drainpipe further than 6 inches. I called the service number right away (June 20th) and was told that someone would be out to look at it on Tuesday, June 23rd. Upon contacting Service Quick for a definitive time, I was informed that the soonest I could have a technician come to look at my machine was Tuesday, June 30th. I contacted Geek Squad and after about an hour, was transferred to another Samsung service line. The representative said there was an available appointment on Wednesday, June 24th to take care of it. However, my confirmation email said my appointment is July 1st. It is unacceptable that a washing machine this expensive didn’t even do 3 loads of laundry before it stopped working. Samsung should stick to TV’s and cell phones.

Could be the lack of a central post. The worst of it is, the washer doesn't just pause when "ub" happens. It tries to rebalance the load by REFILLING the tub, swishing, spinning again. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. If you're not around to check, it's a huge water and power waste. Strong regrets buying this washer, as there's a bedwetter in my household who likes wrapping themself in their comforter. But that's something that doesn't even appear in the manual and took me a long time to figure out. Even running the Spin cycle, the washer fills up first. I'm here looking for solutions and decided to leave my review. I've had the washer 1.5 years.
