I’ve never had a nice washer before and this thing is great. I would recommend the washer itself. The only reason for 4 stars is that the installation was wonky. The guys didn’t hook up the machine correctly (hot/cold water was switched) and the matching dryer was rescheduled to be delivered over a month later than promised on date of purchase. TLDR: great machine, lackluster installation and delivery

Nothing overly fancy, but we the modern features compared to our old unit are nice and this is the first time we haven’t had the central agitator in a washing machine which is nice. Still getting used to the various cycles and options available, but everything is coming out clean. Everything as expected.

I thought the machine was broken and called for service, which was also excellent and scheduled within a couple of days, and that’s when the repair man told me that on this machine the normal cycle is always cold so you have to put it on a different setting to use hot water.

It doesn't clean clothes completely

When wash full load of clothes (normal cycle), water was full loaded, but rinse water is small amount, plus I cannot control the amount of water for washing.
