Less than year..tumble out of whack code UR code. IF you wash too many clothes in the same day doesn't work too well. Clothes doesnt clean that well. Most of the time you get the 4c code for mesh fliter. I cleaned it and replaced. still get them same code.

Best Buy says too bad you didn’t buy extended warranty, call Samsung. Samsung wants to know what I mean by “it doesn’t get clothes clean”. I explain that I mean it doesn’t get dirt out. Is it defective? Yes, it doesn’t clean my clothes. Does it go thru cycles? Yes. Did you calibrate? Yes. Use more detergent. I’m filing complaint with consumer protection in state attorney general office. DO MOT PURCHASE THIS MACHINE !

You can only do a deep water wash on certain cycles. If you want to add more water to a load than the machine gives, you have to push a button to add the water and stand there and wait to push the button again when the water level gets to where you want it and then start the load. Will go back to Maytag next time.

January 5th I'll have this item 3 years and the washer keeps saying off balance. The dryer never properly dried clothes. The dryer would be humid and have to constantly keep drying. To try and prevent to have to dry my clothes multiple times I'd spin out the clothes multiple times and thata didnt work. I could never dry my blankets (king) in the dryer. Have to air dry it for a few then dry it. DON'T GET IT

It broke down 8/11/21(overfilled with water OC code). Currently waiting for service on 8/19/21. The few times I was able to use the machine it was....decent. Wash times are extremely high. How can a new machine break down after 4 days....4?!
