It broke down 8/11/21(overfilled with water OC code). Currently waiting for service on 8/19/21. The few times I was able to use the machine it was....decent. Wash times are extremely high. How can a new machine break down after 4 days....4?!

In my opinion it doesn't put near enough water in the bin. There is no settings for load sizes or water amount, only senses it. The only way to get it to "deep fill" is to put it on a different mode other than "normal." Really was expecting more. Obviously should have gone with more top tier washer. Would not buy again.
