Does great for small to medium loads but won’t do more. Also takes way to long to do it. 2 hours is excessive for a small load. Defeats the purpose of getting a large size washer.

A Huge disappointment

You have no agitator yet you can’t put clothes in the center of the drum. That’s nearly impossible and makes the large capacity almost pointless. If I could I would switch this out for something else. It does clean my clothes.

Defective washer

My paperwork even says it’s new, but it was previously used. I started having issues and error code on the washer one week after receiving it. Not only did they lie about the washer would be new as i requested the day that I ordered, but they lied on the paperwork as well. I am very unhappy with this product and the lies the clerk told me about making sure she ordered a new washer, but yet I received something used and broke.

When i went to purchase a washer I didnt even know what to get. Larry at the Best Buy store in Yonkers was exceptional. The washer i ended up choosing was in back order and to my surprise and as Larry stated it would most likely come before the date and it did. I love it.

I'm not a fan of the little drawer for the laundry detergent. Adding the detergent and softener is at an awkward angle. I've also never seen the fabric softener adding 25 minutes to the cycle---that makes the cycle over an hour to run.

Tightly twists and knots clothes

Unfortunately, this washer twists and knots my clothes so tightly that they are stretched out and tangled at the end of every cycle except delicate. I have to work to untangle them before putting them in the dryer. I’m not happy with that and am sure my clothes will wear out more quickly.
