Tightly twists and knots clothes

Unfortunately, this washer twists and knots my clothes so tightly that they are stretched out and tangled at the end of every cycle except delicate. I have to work to untangle them before putting them in the dryer. I’m not happy with that and am sure my clothes will wear out more quickly.

Which is the only positive thing I have to say, customer service was good. But I will never own another Samsung appliance again and unfortunately I bought a whole kitchen and laundry room worth of appliances. If you want a washer that you have to lie to it to get it to put enough water on your clothes, twist your clothes all together, add your fabric softener in the tray and push it back in only to have it drain out all over your cloths before you start the washer and clothes still wet after a high spin cycle. Well then this is the washer for you. It may look nice, but it's a piece of junk. I would give anything to have my GE washer back!!!

This happened on the very day it was delivered and installed. We had to call Samsung to have a part delivered and then installed nearly a week later just to open the lid and retrieve the laundry. In the meantime, I purchased another washer - a Maytag - and had it installed while waiting on the repair and return. I don't blame Best Buy for any of this but I will avoid Samsung appliances going forward.

I had to put very few pieces of clothing in it to maybe keep the darn thing going to wash the clothes. If I put it on heavy load it would stop over and over. It would take all day to do one load. If I put it on normal load it’s fine. Weird!

It does not clean the clothes and leaves water stains on my dark clothes even after multiple washes. I thought it was just new or maybe I was putting too many clothes in but it’s been a year and I continue to get water marks on my dark clothes. I also feel it doesn’t clean as well without an agitator.

The water capacity and the machines agitation cycle were so weak that the clothes remained dry on the top for the whole cycle. It would not handle heavy loads and for small ones it would have taken two to three times more washes to handle what should have been just one.
