I was stuck with it doing covid19, needless to say I'm disgusted.

With anything you buy it’s best to get warranty coverage. The items we’ve purchased have lasted over ten years and that saying a lot these days. My hat goes off to Samsung keep up the good work.

Washer is not filling with water, DO NOT cover the clothes. The only good thing is the size. Running the dryer, my Edison bill has more than doubled.

It's always "unbalance" with just one small blanket, if it's a heavier one, you have to stand by it until it becomes unbalanced then fix it multiple times. I usually give up and reset then hit the "spin" only, and still have to manually fix and manipulate the blanket to make it even across the bottom so it won't shut down again...so it makes your life harder not easier!!!!

Worst purchase ever

I have to rebalance every load by hand and restart the rinse and spin cycle for almost every load of clothes. It can take 5 hours to wash one load. It does not matter if it has 1 item, 2 items, or 25 items. The reviews were great when I purchased it. Now when I go online there are a lot of people with the same issue.

Best Buy was awesome with their delivery time and the guys they had come to install it were very professional and courtesy! 10/10 would recommend the washer alone, it’s great for the price and cleans clothes very well.

Clothes don’t move much. Also, a load takes twice as long. Might save water but uses twice as much electricity. To was and dry a load of clothes take more than 3 hours.
