The previous set was a Samsung as well. On this with the normal wash you cannot adjust the water temperature and it is set at hot. I am not as happy with this washer as I was with my other one.

Purchase this unit over the phone at an out of town Best Buy store. Sales person great and the service crew went that extra mile to set this unit up for my sister.

I like the quick wash setting and the option of using detergent dispenser. My only complaint I didn’t get the matching dryer.

Would not buy a Top Loader again

Literally, there were some clothes that never went down in the measly amount of water that was poured in. The position of the clothes did not change in two of the loads. It goes by weight so less water goes in with lighter clothes. I was completely disappointed in this machine. To be fair, I got rid of my last top loader and bought this one thinking that the problem may have been my previous Cabrio. I would never buy another top load again. I went back to Best Buy and exchanged it for an LG Front Loader. I am very thankful for their return policy!

Ok but wouldn't do it again

Seems like it takes forever to determine what the correct amount of water should be to do the wash. It seems to take twice as long for just the wash. It works, but I like the simpler versions of a basic machine.

Washing System not Efficient

The machine with the AGITATOR IN THE CENTER OF THE TUB. The new water saver system machines don't move the wash to get it cleaned. The top of the wash doesn't even get wet? I'm sure all the electronic Automation will require many service visits in the future. This machine also requires over 2 hours to clean anything white or needing more than 2 spins.
