Washer and dryer seem fine but delays and absolutely no communication for delivery have ended my shopping with Best Buy. Cost me hundreds for their mistake and they offered $100 gift card lol. If you can’t take it home from the store pass on delivery.

Since, it was over 15 days since it was delivered to my new home, Best Buy would not exchange it. The water did not stop coming into the washer until I shut off the water valve. Samsung repairman stated it will be a major repair to fix the machine. Not happy!

Nothing comes out clean, it is the worst washer I've ever used. Even if you were only hoping that your clothes would get wet and not clean, you would still be incredibly disappointed. It takes too long, the clothes are not clean and if you leave clothes in it for over an hour they will come out stinky. I've had my washer for 3 months and it's terrible. I've tried every setting, including the "heavy duty" cycle which takes over an hour and a half and the clothes are not as clean as a normal washer. I know Best Buy will not allow me to return it so I will be buying a different brand somewhere else.

I don't understand why you would want 5 rinse cycles. It does not use enough water in the wash. Takes forever to wash a load. Dispenser is very flimsy and I am not sure it will last.

Should I have to manually drain it then restart it to get it to work. It just started having these problems a year and a half after purchase. I thought I resolved it by making sure it was leveling. No kinks were in the hose but six months later it’s still doing it.

Stains clothes

It leaves dark marks and tiny dots all over our white/light laundry. I have gone through the steps of cleaning the washer multiple times, thinking it would fix the problem, but it hasn’t. I’m honestly furious that a brand new washer has been ruining clothes, some of which were unworn and got stained by the washer before ever wearing them. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this if they have a lot of light clothes. Only bright side is that, for dark clothes, you can’t see the marks and it does leave clothes smelling clean.

I bought this machine just over 2 years ago and the suspension rods have failed. To replace them will cost over $500. Don't waste you're money on Samsung! Repair specialist said Samsung accounts for 68% of all their repair calls. Any store that carries this product should be ashamed!

It has many different options to wash different loads. Does not require mush detergent to get the job done. Washes clothes fairly quickly and does not cause any damage to the clothes.
