My wife and I have 5 kids. That means 7 people live in our house. That means A LOT OF LAUNDRY! So, we're pretty hard on washing machines. We've gone through several over the years. And, we need large capacity washers. This washer has served us well so far. It gets our clothes clean.

Easy to use clean clothes very big and quiet machine

I gave it four stars because the machine works well. However, I did not expect the long wash cycles. I must use the "Quick Wash" cycle to keep it under an hour. The gentle cycle runs for one and a half hours. Clothes using the gentle wash should not take this long. I have not purchased a washer in several years, so this might be a trend that all manufacturers are doing. However, in my opinion, unless you are working in mud all day, there is no need to have a wash cycle for more than 40 minutes to an hour. My dream washer would allow me to select the total time of the wash cycle and put me in charge of the indiviual selects such as rinses, spin time and so on. This machine does give these choices, except for total wash time. However, adding to the number or rinses or spin time will extend the total wash cycle time, making it last nearly two hours in some cases for one load of clothes. I would recomend it to a friend, but only after I explained the downside of total cycle time.

The washer is stream line and clean looking. Super user friendly! Has a very large capacity and all the settings work great! Slightly disappointed that I can’t connect to the Samsung smart things app but that’s not why I bought it or even a feature I considered during purchase. Great buy at a great value!

I guess its been a long time since getting a new washer this is so quiet and fast and my clothes are getting so clean

Great value super efficient very quiet Large capacity

This washing machine replaces my old Samsung washing machine, which did a good job of getting my clothes clean. So far this new washing machine is also doing a good job. It has a few additional features that my old machine didn't have, including Active Water Jet and a larger tub.

This washer is so quiet and spins the clothes so well that they dry faster. I love all the settings to choose from and it's very fancy. Even with bigger loads, it never has trouble washing and spinning. I also like that it pours the water and detergent as it's spinning to get all over the clothes. Love this!

The Samsung clothes washer was a was a hit with my wife after the first load. We have never had a Samsung washer before and she didn't know if she would like it as much as her first choice, it has better. Very easy to use with good controls, it is also quiet and stable in spin cycle.

I'm really pleased with my Samsung washing machine.i love not having the agiator. At first I kept thinking I need to even out where I put stuff, after years of having an agiator ,but that's not necessary now. It can accommodate large loads ,even a bedspread. Now I don't have to run to laundromat with bedding .

My 20 year old Washer broke on me. I decided to buy this. So far I am liking this washer. It is more water efficient. More clothes can fit than my previous washer. It is also quieter. Note: It takes a few minutes for the water to start. It goes through some pre-test at the beginning. Also even though it is quieter it can still get a bit annoying if you are in the same room. You will not notice the noise if you are 15 feet away. The lid also closes slower so it will not slam and break like my old washer. There is also a lid lock for child proof. My only con for this product is that it takes a while to know what setting to put. For example normal load is really 1/2 the water load.

Does it's job well and quiet. Love how big it is and that it has adjustable feet. Massive upgrade from our prior washer.

This washer does it all. I mean it when I say that this washer is so smart it does almost all the work for you; but, you just need to load clothes and push start. I am amazed how perfectly clean everything gets in huge aluminum tub without an agitater. It is great machine and I love it!

This thing holds a lot of laundry! The working volume is fairly loud, but that doesn't bother me. I'm glad that I bought it--the clothes and my king size comforter come out clean. It does like to perform a sonata when it's finished; the completion chime is a whole little song.

This washer works so well. It has large capacity and it easy to work. I also enjoy the features that this washer adds, such as the deep fill.

This washer has great capacity. Of course, you may struggle getting items out if you are short. But, the size has reduce the number of loads I have to do. It is also easy to use.

Purchased this washer just over a month ago & so far very happy with this machine. Lots of capacity for large loads, like the deep fill option & clothes smell clean after washing in this top loader unlike our previous smelly side loader. It’s quiet & has lots of washing options.
