I imagine all the other "non-white" clothes have dirt on them as well.

They sent tech out and replaced. Second one did same thing and was replaced again. Now it is cracking again worst that first 2 but I am being told I did not purchase warranty so it is not covered , although clearly a faulty plastic part.

We recommend you use a soft cloth to wipe up all detergent, bleach, or other spills as they occur. Clean the following as recommended:
Control Panel
•Clean with a soft, damp cloth.
•Do not use abrasive powders or cleaning pads.
•Do not spray cleaners directly on the panel.
Cabinet
•Clean with soap and water.
The clear portion of the lid can be broken if you place or store anything heavy on top of the washer, which causes a strong impact.

They called lost i explained the directions and they still parked in front of neighbor vacant house. I waved them in and they walked down my driveway and proclaimed they where not going to drive that truck in my driveway, i ssid ok you can use your hand truck i guess. They had no intention of doing either, i said I'm not sure what you want me to do, it snowed a dusting the night before

Of course none in stock. Bascially screwed a whole day. Thankful for Stines for taking care of me! Samsung may be ok, but dont buy it from these people. They very cleverly avoided showing me the damage, then tried to act surprised. Pretty pathetic.
