I’m not sure if I received a lemon or if this is normal- it’s beautiful and easy to use but so loud!!!

Every time I had to explain to them that the washer wasn’t getting enough water but they responded with things like it’s HE so you won’t get a lot of water, even after I told them about the error code. Turns out there was an error on the machine because it wasn’t pulling in any hot water. Now I have to wait for a repair on a brand new machine while they wait on parts to fix the machine.

I am very disappointed in my purchase.If i had read all the reviews i would not have bought this brand.Best Buy would not exchanged it so i have to stick with this crap.I should have brought a GE or Kenmore.The cycle are long and annoying,it is not good with comforters,i had to squeeze the water out of the comforter because the water could not spin out dry enough.This is a waste of money,water and eletricity.If i could give a 0 i would.i cannot recommend this crap at all.Beware do not bye.

It’s so loud that I think there may be something wrong with it. I’ve had it a few weeks and it washes clothes fine, it’s just super annoying how loud it is during the cycles. I’ve always had good luck with Samsung products but if I would have known how loud this machine is I wouldn’t have purchased it.

So disappointed in the way best buy does busy lately
