Doesn’t seem like there is enough water in the machine to wash. Clothes come out super dry. I started pressing the deep fill button on all loads and it now takes over 1.5 hours to wash one load

Not ENERGY efficient at all

Choosing the spin only option results in so much wasted water. As the tub is filled almost to the top before it spins again. I don’t understand why spin only is rinsing and spinning when the machine has a “rinse+spin” option. I started the spin only option around 8am and it’s 8:29am and is just now draining. This is a horrible implementation of SPIN ONLY. Is there a solution for this problem? The Ub error code requires a restart as it assumes the clothes aren’t soaked? Is there a software update available?

Best buy wont even do an exchange, I was so mad! Won't ever buy an appliance from Best Buy again

I found out that all my towels got damaged after washing from this machine after 14days of the purchase. BestBuy refused to replace to the new one since return date already passed. Samsung also refused to fix the washer. I recommend buy any appliances from other store (such as Costco). Their return policy is alot better than bestbuy.
