Now it’s my problem to get Samsung to my house to do software update. Doesn’t work until that happens I purchased it 11-27-22. It’s already gone defected and they won’t replace it.So very disappointed

First time a Samsung product has let me down and the warranty side is a joke. I would have to haul it or ship it 100 miles away for warranty work. If you buy this model get the extended warranty from your local retailer, I sure wish I would have.

It had 4 recalls on it, and if I didn't buy another samsung they'd only give me 100 to 150 on a new machine. It was less than 3 years old. The self clean cycle only works on this model if you have hot water ran to the machine you CANNOT override it. It was a waste of money to me.

The washer does not swirl the clothes around no matter if you have a small or large load. After studying the action of the washer, there is nothing there to move the clothes around.
