It leaves dirt or something all over dark clothes. No matter what extra rinse cycle you do. It's horrible. After reading other reviews I realized that I am screwed. I am stuck with a lemon of a washer. never again will i buy samsung.

The time it takes just to "sense" the weight of your load: too much. I really dislike this machine and would like to return it. It has several annoying features. One example, you can't add a forgotten item to the wash once it has started. It will cancel the fill that has already begun. It takes forever to do a load! You cant do a short, quick-wash cycle that takes less than 45 minutes! It is so slow, and takes forever to do a load of wash. Also it is too deep; difficult for me, a taller person, height 5'8", to reach the bottom of the tub to remove the clothes. Would never recommend.

Which keeps adding time. It took 4 hours to wash a small load of towels. There’s no sense in something being made this way.

The cycle was super loud. My clothes constantly came out with lint on them. I tried smaller loads, and that still didn’t work. I bought the washer for the capacity, and could barely wash a small load with it. Luckily I was still within my warranty and swapped out for something better.
