Wheres the efficiency? Water bill went up 42 bucks due to deep fill usage as normal cycles dont wet clothes. RUN from this machine

I was going to go with an "old school" one (you know) with an agitator, but I talked into this machine. What a mistake. Sometimes the top clothes don't get rotated from the top at all. I've tried super little loads, the max amount of spinning, ALL THE OPTIONS. I always use the deep fill option (which still barely covers the clothing with water), because if I don't the top clothing isn't submerged (insert agitated face). I would have LOVED to return this, but the Geek Squad protection (I ALWAYS get) wasn't added on. That's my fault though. I think I was just too excited, and didn't pay attention (sad face). Anyway, do NOT get this! If I want still paying it off, I'd burn it out of spite. Do yourself a favor, get an old school agitator, or maybe a side loader (I've heard good things about those). P. S. Best Buy is still my go-to electronic place, it's not their fault this washer sucks.
