Apparently not eligible for return ? Going to Best Buy tomorrow to see what they say. From what I can find on the World Wide Web this is a common problem with the design of Samsung clutch system. If Only I had known!

Installation person is not friendly

When i asked question about washing machine, he said refer manual. After removing the old machine, i requested him to wait for 1 minute to clean the floor, he said he can't wait.
