After FINALLY getting through to Best Buy, they sent someone out who replaced the lid and lid housing. The service guy said that it happens a lot with this model. Within 2 weeks it cracked again. It is a total piece of junk.

Since I moved to town two weeks prior and we are in the middle of a pandemic, I kept the washer. I didn’t want to have to wait on another and have to use a laundry mat during this time. Overall, the washer is overpriced for its capabilities.
