Never buy a Samsung washer. EVER

If you absolutely have to get this washer for some reason make sure you get the geek squad plan. You'll be using it often

Defective hot intake

Defective out of the box. Waiting for best buy to contact me to arrange a replacement to be delivered and installed, I'll revisit this review once this is resolved.

Horrible experience

Wouldn’t drain. Trouble shooting for 3 hours. Condensation dripped from around knob. Unplugged machine and eventually got the door to open but we had to lift out wet clothes and drain machine manually

Returning Samsung and exchanging for a Maytag

I had to wash my husband's work clothes multiple times to get the grime out. The pulsing water and swishing back and forth were fine for anything that had been worn, but not spotted or soiled.

Because I don’t want to wait too long, there is no power supply after my husband and I moved home. The open box is cheap, but the quality should be guaranteed.

We had it for less than 9 months and the issue started maybe 2-3 months in so it doesn't matter that it can take a large load if it doesn't work properly at least 90% of the time. A big mess
