Glass top is cool, so you can see what happens when things go wrong. Water jet is awesome because I do not have a sink nearby. Drum fell of center a few times. Loads take very long sometimes too.

The water level never fills to completely cover the amount of clothes in the washer. As you peruse through reviews, you can see this is a common issue. Clothes do not come out clean. It has a deep fill option but not for normal wash which is super frustrating. Please do yourself a favor and buy a different washer.

For best performance, the washer must be installed on a solid floor. Wood floors may need to be reinforced to minimize vibration and/or unbalanced loads. Carpeting and soft tile surfaces do not provide good resistance to vibrations and may cause the washer to move slightly during the spin cycle.
Calibration mode should be used right after installing your washer, when you adjust your washer, and when you feel that the weight detection (and amount of water per cycle) is inaccurate. Periodically performing this task only takes a few minutes. Before calibrating your washing machine, ensure it's nice, secure, and positioned where you want it.
