This washer really holds a lot. The drum is really big. The only thing you can not wash multiple blankets. Even if it's a small comforter and you want to add another small one don't! It does not spin all the water out. You'll have to wash one at a time. Otherwise it washes well.

I love my washer. It has all the settings I like and need. It is very easy to use. No agitator which I love. I highly recommend this washer.

We've had this washer for about 3 weeks and so far we like it. Still getting used to all of the settings, etc. It's a lot bigger capacity than our old one, so we feel things are getting cleaner, rinsing and spinning out better.

This was a great purchase and update to our washing machine.we had an LG front loader however I wasn’t so impressed and decided to explore top loaders again. Be this stood out to us.I love that I can clean our comforters with ease and area rugs. So many settings and easy to learn.

Excellent washing machine easy to follow instructions washes large load

Its only been about 3 weeks since we got our new washer but so far i'm all smiles. For me its perfect, high capacity, quiet and works perfectly. I was a little nervous about a washer with no big agitator in the middle but somehow the clothes get circulated and come out clean.

Easy to use, handles a large load of clothes. We have the matching washing machine, the dryer connects to Wi-Fi, we get notifications on the tv and phone when a cycle is complete.

Got this machine to replace a Whirlpool Cabrio that did a pretty good job, but after 13 years was shot. This machine is WAY better. Cleans better, way quieter, and is overall way better than the Whirlpool. But it should be, being 13 years newer. Hope it lasts as long as the Whirlpool, we'll see...

I love it, after much deliberating I bought this machine and have not regretted it, Its so efficient both in terms of electricity use and soap, its quiet and does an excellent job the bell is a great addition. I also love the glass so I can view the process

Very efficient, quiet, good sensory, large capacity

I like the large capacity; blankets and larger items fit and get clean! It does a nice job washing. Spin cycle gets most water out so clothes spend less time in the dryer. It's also quiet, and plays a nice jingle when finished. Purchased another set for my mom!

This washing machine is an excellent value for the price. I switched from a front loader to this top load machine and couldn't be happier. At 83 yo it is so much easier on my back. Modern isn't always best. I'm also very happy with the performance. Five stars!

Wash is only a week old, so this rating may be a bit premature, but we are pleased with our new washer. Cycles run longer than our last washer 60 mins. to 90 mins., but everything is coming out clean. Easy to operate, plenty of room and a sleek design.

This 5200 model performs beautifully. It gets my clothes nice and clean. It's actually fun to watch it work, and the little musical sound it plays when clothes are done is delightful. It says to dilute the extra concentrated detergent, so I put a little water in it to mix before filling the cup. Works fine....just follow the directions for loading, etc. Beautifully done, Samsung. I highly recommend. And Best Buy did honor the price match guarantee 10 days after installation, and returned $55 since I saw it advertised on their Fourth of July sales cheaper than what I bought it at. Thank you, Best Buy.

We decided to upgrade our washer & dryer before our baby comes in September so we didn't end up in a pickle, and these did not disappoint. They've been great so far. Love the extra spout for handwashing, the motor is quiet during all cycles, and it's very spacious.

We bought Samsung 5.0 cu ft washer to wash large comforter for queen bed. Does great job on all clothes Bought on line in April . Live 45 min away it was ready when we got there showed ID thru truck window did not have to get out of truck. they loaded it and I was off fore home.

Easy to use, but a little noisy. The layout of the panel is well positioned and easy to use. Does a good job cleaning clothes.
