Can handle huge loads of laundry without any errors. The settings are easy to navigate as well and it’s very quiet while in use. Everybody seems to be very satisfied with this washer. “10 out of 10 would highly recommend” as Guga would say.

We had a repairman come and look at it and he started laughing when he looked under the washer. He said I didn't even have legitimate Samsung parts! He told us that we had a motor that was Samsung, but not only that, there was an extra transmission that was a brand from Mexico! This washing has poor reviews and there is no way to fix the balancing problem without complete replacements. That being said, I might as well buy a NEW WASHER...but maybe that's what they wanted right? Irritating.
