Ok, but durability and length of wash is a problem

The machine has a tendency to shake a lot during the spin cycle. I suspect this led to premature failure. It does stop when it detects unbalanced load, so that’s a plus, but not enough to save it from breaking. It wind up using more water to try to rebalance and sure as hell takes a long time to finish washing. I just feel it’s durability is a problem and takes too long to wash leaves a bad taste.

Top Load Washer with Active WaterJet in White a few weeks ago so had some time to put it through various cycles and many of the custom settings. The washer really cuts back on the number of loads my family and I have to do. The display and style of the washer compliments the dryer and the rest of my laundry room. My son basically took over the basement as his video game cave so I know he really appreciates how quiet the washer is even at its loudest moments. The clothes seem to be much more clean than compared to our previous one and also the spinning motion of the washer does not twist the clothes together as I have seen other washers do which often ruins the items. Overall very happy with the size, efficiency, and quietness of the machine. Would recommend.

Samsung worst washer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worst washer!!! I’ve had issues since day 1. Went for a bigger tub to wash larger loads but big mistake. My washing have tripled. It does not wash the clothes. The clothes come out 1/2 dried which were never covered in water and supposedly went through the whole cycle of washing. The clothes come out smelling dirtier. I’ve had a technician come out 3 times now and doesn’t get any better. I’ve dealt with it by making multiple washes for one load and standing next to the washer making sure to add more water to make sure clothes get completely covered in water. Having a bigger tub is useless as it Does not wash larger loads. I have to keep my loads at a small to medium size in order for clothes to come out somewhat decent and with at least washing them 2-3 times per LOAD!!!! I do not understand why it have so many good reviews when it’s been the complete opposite for me. I am tired of this washer. If the load is just a little heavy it will not spin keep getting a UR error code. I have to stand around constantly adjusting the clothes to make it finish the spin if not it will continue to waste water and goes back to the rinse and spin cycle over and over. My water bill has increased instead of saving me water it’s been worse. Do not buy!!!! Beware!!! I cannot wash without having to be next to the washer to make sure it has enough water and that it washes. The clothes barley move around and stay in the same spot after completing its cycle, making me have to wash the same load over and over. I would rate it zero stars but it will not let me post without selecting at least 1 star. But definitely no stars for this washer!

The washer detects the weight of the items and automatically adjusts the "optimal" water level, washing time, rinse counts, and spin counts (this may not apply to all cycles).

And I try to evenly put clothes, sheets and blankets in. I like the self clean on it and it tells me when it needs to be done.

Since then this washer has been a NIGHTMARE! It constantly goes out of balance. I have to rearrange a sopping wet load of laundry…usually 2-3 times …before it will finally spin without doing a breakdance through the laundry room wall. I will never buy another Samsung washer. Ever.

Waste of Money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This washing machine is awful, and was already a replacement for my last Samsung washer which had to be replaced at 4 years. I bought this is 2020 and was a HUGE mistake. When doing a load the machine gets stuck on the spin cycle when it sense “unbalance” and the refills with water trying to redistribute the items. This happens over and over wasting electric and water and results in 1 load taking several hours. Now it was not that way for the first 2 years, but in the last year has gotten worse and worse. We have tried small loads, large loads, only same type of items (like jeans) and it makes no difference. I have also recalibrated the machine…no improvement. Then. I called Geek Squad, and they came to take a look and told me the machine is fine, it must be us…uhhhhh EXCUSE ME???? I am done with Samsung appliances, as I have been burned twice, and I am done paying for Geek Squad services that are absolutely useless. $800 machine should last more than 3 years.
