I love the delay end feature. I leave a load of laundry before going to bed and get up in the morning to it fully done. I also adore how spacious it is.

We love our new washing machine so much, we named it Sam❤️. It can handle big comforters or delicates with ease. The dirtiest rugs come out clean and fresh! Our teenager can not overload it !!

I bought this washer almost exactly 3 years ago and it has and still keeps washing load after load (family of 5)I have used all the settings with no problems at all.

Good variety of settings so the user controls everything about their wash cycle. Clothes come out much cleaner than the previous machine.

I bought this specifically for the waterproof/bedding wash option and if your waterproof items have any type of waterproof backing only, they likely will not fully wash. I've even run my 3x through and part of it was still dry. Kind of disappointed in that feature, but the rest is great.

I’ve had this washer for years now and it still works like a charm! Make sure you do the self cleaning cycle when it asks you to do so to keep it running and cleaning smoothly!

Within 2 years this one blew its balancing springs. Soon after the main board, the agitator and door hinge. we are careful and maintain a clean washer. We are trying out the new version soon. hopefully the bugs are out on new one. best buy was 100% professional and assisting us along the Bad washer" Journey. Thank you best Buy.

The washer performs well and gets our clothes clean. A couple years in with no major problems. The only downside is that now if we do wash a large load, it gets fairly loud.

We purchased this washer new from BB and was delivered on 5/30/2020. This is a "high efficiency" model which uses less water. What this REALLY means is that it does about half the load you are used to with old washers. They are VERY specific in the manual about how much you can put inside. We have been very careful not to overload it and for most of the time we have had it was a seemingly good machine. Well.... A week before Christmas we are getting ready to go on a vacation, washing clothes as normal. One of the loads was taking forever and we happened to catch it banging around on the spin cycle with a "Ur" code showing. Looking this up online indicates it is a problem with imbalance on the spin and is often the result of one of the tub support struts failing. We called our normal repair guy to come out and look, he walks in the door a couple of seconds, looks, "the struts need replaced" and seemed pretty straight-forward. We paid him ~$170 for what we thought were going to be the complete kit of struts. He told us he would have to order them and would call when they came in. We get the call today that he messed up, the money above was ONE of the FOUR struts this machine needs, is out of stock with Samsung with no restock date, and instantly became more in parts than we paid for the washer new when and if they come in. That is just about on the nose of what would be paid now with tax if you didn't have it professionally installed. Obviously, that isn't going to happen, so we paid our repair guy $99 for basically nothing and now I get to repair it myself. There are sets of these struts on the Jungle site for about a third of the above price for all four. Even if they don't last a year, it would be 12 replacements of them before I come close to the projected repair cost. I figured what the heck and tore the machine down which took about an hour all said. I am waiting on the parts and worst comes to worst I will have a broken machine that was already broken and just have to replace it. LESS THAN FOUR YEARS this thing lasted. The Roper we got rid of to get "something better" was solidly 30+ years old, the cheapest model available at the time, and is still working fine in a friend's rental home. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK. Samsung, I really like a lot of your products but between this and the $3500 fridge branded by y'all that is also broken (ice maker issue) is more than enough to turn the most loyal fan of the brand. Read online about this model. Super common failure at the roughly three year mark. Do yourself a favor and go with something else.

I have been using this washer for a month now and it has given all I have asked. It is quiet, efficient and reliable. A great appliance.

I like the capacity to be able to wash a king size comforter. It also has settings for smaller loads.

Works well, I have no complaints. If you're used to a washer with a middle agitator be i formed prior to purchasing.

Bought this washer for my son who was moving into an apartment with no washer and dryer. Now purchasing for myself. Love the load capacity. Does a good job getting clothes clean.

I purchased the floor model. Got home and tried to use it but nothing happened. $600 purchase. I bought the 3 year warranty from the Geek Squad. Jason the service tech from Geek Squad came out a couple days after I called and set up the appointment. He diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts and came back the following week and it was fixed. Not sure if the machine was used and brought back bad or it was just bad from the get-go. The lady I talked to on setting up the appointment could not give me any history on it. Other than buying something that didn't work, having to move it out and bring my old one back it on two separate occasions while it was diagnosed, parts ordered, etc. .Other than those issues, It works and looks great.

Wash pretty good but after 3 years of uses. When it getting ready for the spin cycle, it makes a weird loud noise.

I'm glad that I brought this washer. I like everything in it. Almost no vibration on spin.

Washer shakes violently when going into spin cycle that can be heard through walls. It also causes an error message and cannot complete a full cycle. Even after repair, the problem came back in less than 6 months. After research, discovered this is a common issue with no fix or recall in sight from Samsung. Terrible investment. Samsung appliances are a bad buy.
