This is the worst washer I have ever owned. I would prefer to go to the laundry mat to wash and that's saying a lot. It constantly goes off balance and the rinse cycle keeps running. I've had to take the clothes out of the washer, ring them out, and then place them in the dryer. This is not a high efficiency washer since it's wasting so much water and electricity. I should have went with my first instinct to buy a Maytag front loaded washer. Now I live with regret, frustration, and will probably spend another $1k+ on a new washer machine.

Wash pretty good but after 3 years of uses. When it getting ready for the spin cycle, it makes a weird loud noise.

I saw the amazing deal on their Samsung Washer, and my old one had just broken down. I couldn’t resist it! The purchase process was seamless, and when I went to pick it up, everything went well. I was in and out so conveniently & the reps were very friendly.

Worked fine for a couple years and then last year or so had to call service so many times cause it kept giving an unbalanced error. They replaced parts etc and still issues. Now need a new washer because the warranty ran out…

Worst washer!!! I’ve had issues since day 1. Went for a bigger tub to wash larger loads but big mistake. My washing have tripled. It does not wash the clothes. The clothes come out 1/2 dried which were never covered in water and supposedly went through the whole cycle of washing. The clothes come out smelling dirtier. I’ve had a technician come out 3 times now and doesn’t get any better. I’ve dealt with it by making multiple washes for one load and standing next to the washer making sure to add more water to make sure clothes get completely covered in water. Having a bigger tub is useless as it Does not wash larger loads. I have to keep my loads at a small to medium size in order for clothes to come out somewhat decent and with at least washing them 2-3 times per LOAD!!!! I do not understand why it have so many good reviews when it’s been the complete opposite for me. I am tired of this washer. If the load is just a little heavy it will not spin keep getting a UR error code. I have to stand around constantly adjusting the clothes to make it finish the spin if not it will continue to waste water and goes back to the rinse and spin cycle over and over. My water bill has increased instead of saving me water it’s been worse. Do not buy!!!! Beware!!! I cannot wash without having to be next to the washer to make sure it has enough water and that it washes. The clothes barley move around and stay in the same spot after completing its cycle, making me have to wash the same load over and over. I would rate it zero stars but it will not let me post without selecting at least 1 star. But definitely no stars for this washer!

So much promise, yet so disappointing. Works great for a few months then the springs start to stretch and turns the spin cycle into a bumper car. You will spend time and money getting these replaced. It will work great for about a month then you will begin to notice that it will take several rinse and spins to find balance before eventually turning into a bumper car again. I truly recommend purchasing a home warranty that covers appliances. So far I have had to file 4 claims for service on this thing. I honestly would lose sleep at night due to immense guilt if I ever told anyone, even someone I didn’t like to buy this contraption. Everyday I wish for it die so that I can get it replaced with another brand.

This washer is very deep and washes well. However, once the manufacturer warranty wears out, it is very costly to repair. The suspension rods are SUPER sensitive and wear out after one year. Its cost $124 just to have someone come out and look at it. This DOES NOT go toward the repair cost. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT.

AMAZING WASHER!!! The active WaterJet makes pre-soaking, spot cleaning and even hand rinsing a breeze, and you can wash SO MANY CLOTHES AT ONCE!!! An absolute game changer! Washing King sized comforters is easy, and I can’t imagine going back! (one thought, make sure you have a large dryer to handle all the clothes from this machine at once, otherwise you’ll be splitting the load in 2 or running the dryer twice... IT’s a BEAST)

Really bad washer after a few years the machine spins out of control and it shakes and leaves your clothes soaked because it stops. And I am not The only one with this issue my sister bought the same one and is having the same problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WASHER!
