Everyone has problems with unbalanced loads

I replaced the balancing rods which fixed it for 3 months, then back to the same problem. Ive tried multiple tricks, and nothing works. Look the unbalanced problem up you will find everyone is having the issue. Ive wasted tons of my time, and money because every time it throws the code it refills the washer over and over so my water bill has also increased. Do not waste your money on samsung appliances, this washing machine has been my worst household purchase. My 2 samsung tvs have been great though.

The active WaterJet makes pre-soaking, spot cleaning and even hand rinsing a breeze, and you can wash SO MANY CLOTHES AT ONCE!!! An absolute game changer! Washing King sized comforters is easy, and I can’t imagine going back! (one thought, make sure you have a large dryer to handle all the clothes from this machine at once, otherwise you’ll be splitting the load in 2 or running the dryer twice... IT’s a BEAST)

Got the 5yr warranty guess we overloaded it for 4yrs? Geek squad was fast and professional. Great purchase/experience will buy again when we need a new one.

Once you've had it for a couple years, all the people will have the same issues. It'll shakes violently during spin cycle before showing UR code and just leaves the clothes soaked and not clean. Even after resetting the machine and fixing "the unbalanced" clothes, it'll still provide the same error. Please DO YOUR RESEARCH, this is a very common issue with this model as many others have stated and went to Youtube to fix the issue temporarily. You will not be covered under warrarnty since it's past the one year mark but if Samsung knows this is a common issue they should do a recall on this machine instead of people dishing out a lot of money for a piece of junk.

Fortunately, I purchased a 5 year warranty plan through Best Buy because the same repair is needed at least annually. The electronic board has been replaced as well as "drum parts" due to the inability for the machine to spin properly. Whether I'm washing a twin size set of sheets or towels, the machine will not spin correctly. The matching dryer never completely drys the load. I always have to plan to start the dry cycle again to finish my laundry. Quite simply put, buy any brand except Samsung!

We got it for the capacity but it’s weak. The warranty is weak and repairmen just look at it and shake their heads. This is landfill. We are getting a speed queen.

This washer was built with a poor suspension rod assembly that will eventually require you to spend ~$400 (parts only) to replace. Started off with a few error codes at the start of the 3rd year until a couple months went by and now the washer shakes violently with any amount of clothes due to "unbalancing". From what I've read Samsung has an opportunity with reliability with their washers so it may be best to invest in other brands. They also don't specify on their parts website that you only receive 1 rod per assembly even though if you need to replace it you have to replace the set. Samsung needs to rethink the costs of their repair parts for their products as it diminishes the loyalty of their customer base.

I’ve had it about 3.5 years at the time of this review. We had a drainage issue, not a big deal and easy to fix. Now we have a major issue that almost everyone has with this washer. In any cycle it cannot complete the spin cycle. It says unbalanced. There is a ring around the tub that balances the load. Over time the liquid in the ring crystallizes and solidifies, effectively making the ring counterproductive. This repair requires tearing the entire machine apart. Im going to be better off replacing the machine than trying to repair it.
